The lower part of the Vernasso Easy DH trail is the first to have been built by a local MTB team, which still uses it today as a training trail for its young bikers. It is also the site of a now classic Easy DH youth race (hence the name of the trail).
Later, the upper part was added and it became a more complete and fun trail where even the most expert bikers can test themselves and improve their technique.
In fact, the route alternates fast and guided parts with tight curves and small hairpin bends, as well as some technical passages on stable rock.
The last part of the trail crosses many times the forest road that goes up to the top, a peculiarity that allows bikers to try this section even one part at a time.
The Vernasso Easy DH trail is often combined with the “Cobra trail” (to which it is directly connected) to create a longer single trail with a greater difference in height.
